The Dialer Menu
The dialer command opens the dialer menu, which stores your list
of remote sites, along with their phones numbers, relevant settings, sign-on
scripts, and so on. Select a site to call by using your arrow keys to place
your cursor on the site name, then press return to call that site.

the dialer menu.
