baud
The baud command adjusts the speed of your modem's communications
port. After you have used the link command to
tell Autolog where your modem is, you may need to adjust the baud rate (or bits
per second) of the port with the command:
baud number
where number
is the baud rate you want to select.
For systems other than AMOS, the port speed is set to the default speed
each time you use the link command. (This
default baud rate can be changed using Autfix
.)
